Course located in Southern Maine. Our facility will offer several unique
venues to host your guests at a function site they will remember for
years to come. Imagine your guests mingling, dining, and dancing while
enjoying spectacular views of our 18 Hole Championship Links-Style Golf
Course. Whether it's a Wedding Reception on a Saturday or a Friday
evening cocktail reception, our casually elegant venues will be suitable
for any occasion.
The Tent Pavilion
The Tent Pavilion is perched on one hillside that overlooks the
lush, green landscape of our 18 hole Championship Links-Style golf
course, including a tiled floor surface including dance floor, twinkle
lights, and beautiful plantings surrounding the entire pavilion. The
Tent Pavilion provides an ideal setting for an outdoor party or
reception of 30-125 guests.
The Red Barn Banquet Facility
The Red Barn is our newest addition to our banquet space allowing your
function to occur in any season at The Links. The newly constructed
building will have the feel of an old Maine Barn with all the
amenities available in facilities today. From the time your guests
enter into our perfection space, which is surrounded by old barn style
post and beam construction, your guests will view several sitting areas
that include fireplaces, Outdoor Veranda and a wet bar. Your guests will
also stroll through our Wedding Garden that offers a grand water feature
with the Links-Style Golf Course as their backdrop. Guests then will
enter into the Grand Room which is dominated with the old rustic post
and beam architecture which looks and feels the part of your experience
in an old Maine barn. We wanted to build the exact structures unique to
the existing land which has been here for the last 100 years, a new Red
Barn on an old Maine farm. The Red Barn Banquet Hall provides an ideal
year round facility for Receptions,Annual Dinners,Holiday Parties,Proms,&
Reunions for 70-500 guests.
The Farm House
The Farm House will be a future project to be renovated at our location
to allow smaller functions and
guests rooms. This enchanting building has two sitting porches, spacious
rooms ideal for smaller functions, and overnight rooms located above.
The Farm House use to have a third floor where patrons used to watch the
Horse Races in the field where the golf course now lays. Plans may see
this additional floor renovated to its original architecture in the near
future. This facility will be also available for Golf Stay and Play
package upon completion. The Farm House venue will provide the ideal
year round facility for 12-50 guests.
The Wedding Garden
The demand for an on-site ceremony site was addressed with the addition
of our Wedding Garden area. The Wedding Garden will have a Wedding
Gazebo, pavers will be under your feet, and our landscape architect has
designed a garden to surround this area for your on-site ceremony at The
Links at Outlook Golf Course.
This area will allow for your ceremony to take place directly next to
your reception site, The Red Barn Banquet Hall. This area will also to
be utilized as a perfect location for a cocktail reception or
prefunction site. The water features will actually touch the edge of the
Wedding Garden with a cascade pool running into a small waterfall. This
will provide an unique setting for spectacular photo opportunities for
functions and receptions.
Just like our award winning 18 Hole Championship Links-Style Golf Course
was designed with the layout which makes optimal use of the natural
landscape in what was once known as The Outlook Farm. The new additions
of Banquet and function spaces were truly designed to have a flavor of
the old traditional buildings that once were part of this old Maine
Farm.
